The FIBA Africa Central Board on Friday confirmed Bamako and Maputo as the host cities of the 2018 Under-18 FIBA Africa Championships for Men and Women. FINAL Egypt - Angola 82-86 OT Angola clinched their fourth African U18 Championship title. They dethroned Egypt in overtime drama in Kigali tonight.
