1 De Agosto - Inter-Clube 74-75
Inter-Clube retained African Champions Cup title. They narrowly defeated their Angolan rivals 1 De Agosto in the rematch of the last tournament's title game. Italee Lucas (175-SG-89, agency: Regeneracom Sports, college: N.Carolina) sank two free throws late in regulation to seal the victory for Inter-Clube. 1 De Agosto entered the fourth period up by eight points. But Inter-Clube unleashed 29 points including two free throws from Italee Lucas in the final period to snatch the victory. Sequoia Holmes (183-F-86, agency: Merit Management Group, college: UNLV) provided 13 points in the winning case. Leia Dongue (185-F/C-91) responded with 26 points and 9 rebounds for 1 De Agosto.
3-4 Place
CS Sfaxien - First Bank 75-61
CS Sfaxien held off First Bank to step onto the pedestal. Aleksandra Racic (181-G-90) came up with 21 points to lead the Tunisian team past First Bank in the consolation final. Thouraya Adsi (183-F-82) and Brittany Denson (188-C-87, college: S.Florida) accounted for 12 points each for the winning team. Chioma Udeaja (F) responded with 23 points and 10 rebounds for First Bank.

5-6 Place
INSS - Dolphins 67-76
Dolphins claimed the fifth position at the tournament. They overcame INSS in the final game in Sfax. Adetokunbo Olaosebikan (G-91) nailed 17 points to lead the effort. Dolphins piled up a 9-point halftime advantage and never looked back en route to the victory. Akpene Kodjo (89) notched 14 points and 14 rebounds in the win. Hortis Kabobo replied with 17 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.

7-8 Place
KPA - CSPC 56-74
Tunisian CSPC earned the seventh position in the Cup. They toppled KPA to wrap up their campaign in Sfax. Houda Hamrouni (188-F-94) netted 26 points to pace the winners. CSPC recorded a 32:23 halftime lead. They extended the gap at 19-point mark at the final break and coasted to the victory at the end. Betty Kalanga (188-F/C-87) had 21 points for the winners. Akinyi Odhiambo (88) responded with 20 points for KPA.
